Return & Refund Policy

t Nailuviashop, all our press-on nails are 100% handmade and carefully crafted after each order is placed. Because of this, we have specific policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our team.

📦 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

🔄 Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

Please make sure to check your size carefully before placing an order.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

💸 Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚚 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer

However, we will do our best to help you track and resolve any shipping issues.

📏 Size Responsibility

As all nails are made to order, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

We strongly recommend measuring your nails before purchasing.
