1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nailuvia website and purchase of handmade acrylic press‑on nails (“Products”). By placing an order, accessing, or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to purchase from Nailuvia. By ordering, you confirm you provide true, accurate, and complete information.
3. Products & Handmade Nature
- Our Products are 100% handmade acrylic press‑on nails, sold as 10‑piece sets.
- Slight variations in color, design, or embellishments are normal and not considered defects.
- We describe reusability of up to 2 months with proper care; this is a guideline, not a fixed warranty.
4. Orders & Payment
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect information, or unavailability.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or postal services. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Due to hygiene and personal use, worn or used nails are not eligible for return or refund.
- Unopened, unused sets may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, at buyer’s shipping cost.
- Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos for review.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
7. Product Use & Safety
- Nailuvia Products are for external, cosmetic use only.
- Discontinue use if irritation, allergy, or damage occurs.
- We are not liable for damage to natural nails, skin irritation, or improper application/removal.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, images, and text on Nailuvia are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Nailuvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (or your country/state if you ship locally). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of your jurisdiction.
